The summer hiatus is almost over for Bally Bet Sportsbook.

After temporarily shutting down in June, Bally Bet expects to rejoin the New York sports betting market soon after recently reintroducing its updated platform in Ohio.

When exactly Bally Bet returns to the Empire State remains to be seen. But the company has New York as part of its next wave of relaunches.

Bally Bet coming back soon to NY sports betting

Just before Labor Day weekend, Bally Bet went back online in Ohio. As part of its announcement came an update that the company intended to relaunch in five more states in the near future:

  • Colorado
  • Iowa
  • Indiana
  • New York
  • Virginia

As you can see, plans include for the reintroduction of Bally Bet NY, which stopped taking bets in June.

The initial plan was to stay offline for a “few months” as Bally integrated technology from its newest platform provider, Kambi.

New expected features of Bally Bet NY

That new partnership also featured the integration of payment processor White Hat Gaming. Kambi and White Hat have a history of teaming up, including with the likes of DraftKings and Barstool.

In Ohio, Bally Bet boasted several new features with the revamped sportsbook. That included cashing out a bet before the event ends as well as boosted live betting options. In addition, at least in Ohio, users can watch live streams of their favorites spots.

The Bally Bet website implies that these features will also translate to New York. With that, Bally Bet essentially promises an unmatched user experience:

“And because we’re committed to making sports betting a blast for everyone, a lot of the features you’ll find on the app have been built with easy and fun betting in mind – and they’re there to make sure your experience is as smooth as it is thrilling from start to finish.”
