The New York Lottery said two third-prize Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold for Saturday’s drawing, including one in Manhattan and one in Newburgh.
According to the lottery, both tickets matched five numbers in the July 25 drawing. Together, the two wins total $100,000.
One of the winning tickets was sold at York Ambe Deli & Grocery LLC, 1661 York Ave. in Manhattan. The other was sold at 59 North Plank Road in Newburgh.
For players checking future drawings, Powerball numbers are drawn from 1 to 69, while the red Powerball is drawn from 1 to 26. Drawings are televised at 10:50 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
