JCM Global said it has completed three new digital signage installations at Resorts World Casino New York City, adding new displays at the casino entrance and on the gaming floor.
According to the company, the project includes six digital column wraps at the main entrance, a large ceiling display, and a video wall in Million Dollar Alley above a bank of slot machines. JCM said the work is part of a broader series of enhancements it is performing at the property over the next year.
What was installed at Resorts World Casino NYC
JCM said the entrance installation includes six column wraps built with its DSS Architectural solution. Each wrap measures 24 feet wide by 14.5 feet high and uses a 1.8mm pixel pitch.
The company also installed a ceiling display near the entrance using its DSS Video Wall product. JCM said that display stretches nearly 12 feet wide by 51 feet long and uses a 1.9mm pixel pitch.
A third installation sits in Million Dollar Alley, where JCM said it placed a video wall measuring more than 21 feet wide by 3.5 feet high above slot machines.
Part of a wider technology rollout at the property
The latest signage project follows earlier work by JCM at Resorts World Casino New York City. The company said it had previously installed two other digital signage solutions at the property, one in the hotel lobby and another in the electronic table games area.
JCM also said it recently installed CountR’s TITA Table Game System on each of the casino’s 325 new table games.
For players, the announcement points to more digital display and table-game technology being added across the property. JCM did not disclose the cost of the installations or provide a detailed timeline for the additional enhancements it said are planned over the next year.
