Flutter Entertainment has completed its delisting from the London Stock Exchange, leaving New York as the only market where its shares trade.

The FanDuel parent said its shares were removed from trading in London at 8 a.m. UK time on Monday, Aug. 3. Flutter said the move followed “careful consideration” of trading activity in its London-listed shares, along with the added costs and regulatory obligations of maintaining that listing.

The company said withdrawing from London was in “the best interests of Flutter and its shareholders.”

New York is now Flutter’s sole listing

Flutter began trading in New York in January 2024 and made the New York Stock Exchange its primary listing in May 2024. It also delisted from Euronext Dublin in 2024.

With the London exit complete, New York now stands as Flutter’s sole stock market listing. The change underlines how much of the company’s growth story is tied to the US business, which includes FanDuel, one of the biggest names in online sports betting and iGaming.

US business is now Flutter’s biggest regional operation

Flutter said the UK remains an important market, but its US division is now its largest regional business.

In the first quarter of 2026, Flutter’s US business generated $1.76 billion in revenue. By comparison, its UK and Ireland division generated about $900 million of the company’s $4.30 billion in total quarterly revenue.

The delisting follows a review first disclosed during Flutter’s first-quarter earnings call in May. The company then confirmed in June that it intended to leave the London exchange.

What to watch next

Flutter is scheduled to publish its second-quarter 2026 financial results on Aug. 5. That report may offer the next formal update on how the company is performing as New York becomes the only venue for trading its shares.

For players in New York, this listing change does not by itself signal any announced change to FanDuel’s products or availability. The significance here is corporate: Flutter has now fully centered its public-market presence in the US.
