A longtime Flutter executive tied to FanDuel is moving on, while GeoComply and IGT have each made notable senior leadership changes that could matter across the U.S. betting and gaming industry. The latest executive moves also include hires at Polymarket, Sportradar and DAZN.

Andrew Moore said he is leaving Flutter after 19 years. In a LinkedIn post, Moore said he would remain in the United States and provide consulting services focused on racing, pari-mutuel, gaming and sports betting.

FanDuel parent Flutter loses a longtime executive

Moore called his time at Flutter a chance to have “a front row seat” to the company’s successes. The source material does not specify his next full-time role, if any, but it does state that he plans to stay in the U.S. as a consultant.

For readers who follow FanDuel and the broader sportsbook market, the move stands out mainly because it involves a veteran executive leaving one of the most influential companies in U.S. online betting.

GeoComply promotes Steven Vo to CTO

GeoComply promoted Steven Vo from senior vice president of engineering to chief technology officer. The company said Vo was one of its original hires in 2012 and returned in 2021 after time at Amazon and Uber.

CEO Kip Levin said customers rely on GeoComply for decisions with “real regulatory and financial weight,” while co-founder David Briggs pointed to the company’s push into new verticals and its efforts to respond to increasingly sophisticated fraud risks.

That makes the promotion notable beyond a title change: GeoComply is a major technology and compliance provider in regulated betting markets, and its technical leadership is closely tied to how operators manage location verification and fraud controls.

IGT sets CFO transition for Nov. 1

IGT appointed Adam Chibib as CFO effective Nov. 1, 2026. He replaces Fabio Celadon, who will step down on Oct. 1 and remain as an adviser through Dec. 31.

Chibib most recently served as CFO of Raptor Technologies and previously was president and CFO of Multimedia Games. IGT CEO Hector Fernandez said Chibib brings the “public company, private equity, and gaming experience” the company wants during its current transformation.

Elsewhere, Polymarket hired former Ohio assistant attorney general Rob Eskridge as head of U.S. government relations, Sportradar created a new VP of Prediction Markets role for Daniel Zurakov, and DAZN named former Sportradar and Betfair CFO Alex Gersh as CFO.

Readers should watch the IGT CFO transition timeline, with Oct. 1 and Nov. 1 the clearest next dates in this latest round of industry leadership changes.
