DraftKings said it has expanded its agreement with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) to deploy the company’s full integrity technology suite across DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Predictions.

The company said the expanded setup is designed to help identify abusive behavior toward athletes, coaches, and officials, while also adding controls intended to prevent misuse of material nonpublic information in prediction markets. DraftKings operates in more than 30 jurisdictions, including New York.

New tools target harassment, banned users, and unusual activity

According to DraftKings and IC360, the rollout includes ProhiBet, Integrity Monitoring, ProhiTrade, and ProhiBet Bad Actors.

DraftKings said ProhiBet Bad Actors can identify users who harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, and officials. The operator said it may use that information to suspend or ban accounts, and that information can also be shared with sports leagues, teams, and law enforcement.

The broader IC360 package also allows screening for banned users and real-time monitoring of betting and trading activity for unusual behavior. DraftKings said the tools should help its compliance team respond more quickly to suspected violations.

Lori Kalani, DraftKings’ chief responsible gaming officer, said the company wants fans to enjoy sports “in a responsible way” and that there is “no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry.”

Prediction markets are part of the expanded integrity push

The agreement also covers DraftKings Predictions, the company’s prediction market platform that launched in late 2025. DraftKings said ProhiTrade is meant to protect that product by helping prevent people involved in sporting events, or those with access to material nonpublic information, from profiting from prediction markets.

IC360 said DraftKings is the first operator to integrate its full ProhiBet and ProhiTrade suite across both sportsbook and prediction market platforms.

That matters because integrity scrutiny has expanded beyond traditional sports betting. The source article also cited NCAA concern about bettor harassment of college athletes, including a 2025 finding that 7% of all Division I male players said they received negative or threatening messages from bettors.

For New York readers, the immediate takeaway is operational rather than promotional: this is a compliance and monitoring update at one of the country’s largest sportsbook operators, not a change to wagering availability or product access. DraftKings said sports event contracts on DraftKings Predictions are not offered in all jurisdictions, but it did not specify which ones.
