Even if Judge doesn’t play to his MVP caliber (he is only a .179 hitter at Fenway Park, the third-lowest at any stadium in his career), the likes of Giancarlo Stanton can more than make up for it. Stanton has hit .379 in Boston, the highest at any ballpark for his career. Add in the hot hitting of Josh Donaldson, who has two home runs and six RBI in the past two games, and New York’s lineup is fierce.
Then factor in Yankees starter Nestor Cortes, who ranks in the top 10 in MLB with a 2.44 ERA en route to a 7-3 record while limiting opponents to a mere .199 batting average.
